"Tom" (the manager) and his "sidekick" (who thinks his the boss and has a huge ego problrm) are extremely rude and aggressive in thier mannerisms. I spent 5 hours to sort an issue out and they were rude and asked me to leave because I demanded that they give me the phone I paid for online. Also... My current old phone has been in for repairs for a long time . I've not received it yet. I phoned the store and spark itself and no one can give me a clear answer as to when I will get my phone. No one can even tell me where it is. Now we are at level 4, and I need it more now than before and there is no way they said I will get it during level 4 (It couldn't even be sent to me) and also the uninformed person I spoke to today, couldn't even tell me where it is. I'm pretty upset and expect a higher standard from spark.
