        The worst ever customer service and staff at St Lukes. Bought today (Sunday - 13th November). I went for refund within 30 minutes of my purchase and refused to pay me back on Afterpay and forced to have Dottis gift card instead. I check with Afterpay, they have not changed any of their terms. And if its Dottis instore policy, its illegal and there were no signs on the refund policy for Afterpay on display. Apart from that, staff was very rude. I wish google introduce negative ratings for such staff. Dotti must review such rude staff and unexpected behaviour to customers.

        Shame about your staff. Today thursday i popped in looking for an ocassional dress..10minutes instore neither 1 of the young girls offered any help, actually they didnt even acknowleged my presence..what a waste of employers money..
