In this day and age we live in "Good Service" is a very rare commodity to receive. We are quick to point out bad service and reluctant to point out good service, but I want to definitely reward good service with a positive review. I have gone back to Chapman Collision a few times now with different issues on different occasions. There service every time is prompt, their feedback is frequent and factual, they make sure I am happy with the feedback they give.
