        Arrived at BNZ Howick Branch Tues 10:20am. Sign on door says, Opening Hours Tuesday 9:30am - 4:00pm Yet place closed (shut), no explanatory sign on door or adjacent window, nothing. 0800 Ph call to BNZ: Explanation: Due to weather, BNZ has closed some branches to keep our staff safe! Yet a reconnaissance of adjacent businesses reveals ALL were open! BNZ a disappointment again! A bank with ever slipping efficiency. Footnote: It doesnt even give change! Sorry, we dont have any cash! Excuse me! A bank is a money shop! - today its morphed into an agent of frustration. Dennis Cooper Customer since 1969
