I must give this company a 5 star rating. Allie was so great to deal with when I was discussing the property. She is so patient and well organised. The inspector Mike came to the property on time and completed the job very efficiently. The report was extremely detailed & loads of images to show any areas of concern. I couldnt recommend them enough!

Mike promptly does an excellent job. Very thorough assessment and good explanation if the findings. The whole team were very helpful. Highly recommend.

I have had the need to use Mike Davidson of The Inspectors twice over the past few months, as I searched for, and finally purchased a new house. Having not bought or sold for over sixteen years, I was out of touch with building materials and unforeseen pitfalls. Allie, the lady Mike has on reception was so very kind and helpful, and Mike himself did an amazing job of inspecting two houses for me. He inspected even the most tucked away spaces, took photos, and gave me a very professional report. I would recommend The Inspectors to anyone who needs the assistance of a knowledgeable, and consciences building inspector.

We have had Mike from The Inspectors do several building inspections for us. He is down to earth and very thorough. We have made decisions based on Mike's recommendations and its worked well for us so far. Highly recommend using this service when buying a property. A+++
