The receptionist has been nothing but kind and welcoming to us. She is extremely efficient and focused and it seems a lot of those making the reviews are expecting a welcome party. Dr Williams is fabulous, extremely knowledgeable and experienced and takes the extra time at every consult. I could not fault this clinic if I tried. They have helped with my fertility issues and getting my foster child off inappropriate medication and made him feel so listened to. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Best DRs I have been enrolled with. Very knowledgeable and caring, gets the facts and then administers the treatment. Receptionist is kind and efficient. She is straight to the point and is making an initial assessment for DR W. I have read other reviews on line and respond with: I like that they still use cash as it keeps costs down. Dont do up the waiting room, that will drive up costs and make the DR bill more expensive. I have always been given a receipt at the end of the consult.

If you are looking for a modern, fancy practice, with soft chairs, mood lighting, and peaceful music playing in the background, then this is not the practice for you. But if you are looking for a Dr who is dedicated, hugely experienced, wise but yet humble, then you cannot go past Dr Williams. He is without doubt the best GP I have ever been to, and second to none with his knowledge and skills. I have known several patients of this Doctor who's lives have been saved by his early detection. He is a fine example of a GP.

Had a horrible experience with the receptionist lady,she was rude and her attitudes was not pleasant and not approachable. She doesn't show any patience or understanding. All I feel like not being welcomed there .
