Great service by Hayley and Henry from the Howick branch. The installers worked overtime to get the flooring done in time for us to move back. Wow wow wow! We feel like we have moved into a new house. Its been an amazing transformation. Our home feels fresh, cosy, warm and light. From our first phone call with Hayley at Flooring Xtra, Howick (just to get a quote lol) to laying a whole new wooden floor and carpet has been such a stress free professional and friendly experience. (Except for choosing colours, so many different options to go with) Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Hayley and Tania for always welcoming us back into the showroom to look at more colours and letting us bring samples home. To the guys that layed our new floor who were amazing and so professional thank you too. We honestly cant believe how a new floor can make such a difference to how a home can look and feel. Wish we had done it years ago! We asked Flooring Xtra Howick to install carpet in the large area of the church, lobby and offices at St Luke's Anglican Church in Manurewa after they had tendered a successful quote. All stages were seamless and professional from offering carpet choices and colours to completing work within a week so services were not disrupted. Due to the inevitable Covid effect, the carpet was delayed from Australia, but the carpeting team fitted with our timetable for the actual work. This was done mainly by 2 courteous and professional young men who had the areas stripped and tidied before laying the huge swathe of carpeting. The transformation of our area of worship and environs is a constant delight. Thank you Flooring Xtra Howick.
