The costumer service is really bad. I am very disappointed at the costumer service and the timing of response I've been waiting for 2 months for a reply regarding my membership. My membership was starting on the 27th of October but I got signed into the system a week before of what I agreed, I asked on the 22nd of October to please cancel my enrollment to the gym because my membership started before the agreed time and without my consent. I've been waiting for 2 months!!!!!!! And now the manager said he is not refunding all my money because there is a 30 days notice for cancelation. Why do I need to pay for a membership that was not meant to start? My membership was starting on the 27th of October and in the 22nd of october I was already asking to cancel my enrollment, but you guys put me in the system without my consent and before the agreed time. 2 month waiting for a response and the charges kept coming! I'm a very patient person, but 2 months is too much time!
