        It was my first visit today. I had a seated massage and therapist Lili did an excellent job loosening up my neck and shoulders. She used moderate pressure after checking with me that it was alright. It was perfect - still quite firm but not so much as to be painful. I drifted off into a semi-meditative state. Give Metta Massage a go. I'll be back in a month's time for more of the same.

        Highly recommend Kevin at Metta Massage. Booked in for a 30 min relaxing massage and it felt like I was there for 1hr. Came out feeling so good with no aches or pains. Kevin goes above and beyond your normal massage and knows exactly where your sore spots are and works fast to get as much done as he can in the time frame booked. I will definitely try and get in to see him every 3-4 weeks. Thanks Kevin and Metta Massage.
