        The doctor is fine but I find his staff unprofessional uncaring and unhelpful. Had an accident last year and they didnt inform or help me with ACC claim although I enquired. So I had to pay the full doctors fees. Then I was informed this year- after I made full payment of a vaccine that it was unavailable and my payments were non refundable! Only upon my insistence was I refunded the hefty sum!
