        This shop we have been using for over 30 years, first when it was in Highland Park and even more now that they have shifted in our Howick village, very convenient. They have a very big variable range of stock in the health requirement field and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and one's health needs, plus some specialist consultants as well virtually next door in their other health foods shop. With both shops within about twenty meters you are extremely well covered for all your needs and advice. Also the staff get to know their customers quite personally, especially for those that want to talk and ask questions.
