        I went into buy a packet of picture hooks and the owner informed me that they dont sell them but he could give me some, which he did. It was very kind of him as Im a bit time poor at the moment and it saved me a trip to the hardware store. Ill be using his services next time I have some framing to do.

        Went to Roumen to ask him to cut a frame matt for me, he not only cut it for me he did it no charge. The people who complain about Rouman should understand that he is a Picture Framer not a hardware store. Also this man is very interesting to talk to and like another customer said 5 stars +.
