As a property owner living in overseas, I am fortunate to have Sunrise looking after my properties in Auckland for the past years, Apart from delivering candid, thorough, impartial and timely inspection reports, they also help retain high quality tenants. During the recent extreme weather situation, Elaine, the Senior Property Manager updates me frequently on the condition of the property and that of the tenants. This clears my worries and puts my mind at ease. As a local Auckland property company, Sunrise is providing a "world-class" service to its clients and lives up to its "TRUST" value. To me, Sunrise is setting the "standards" for the property management business.

Ever since we have moved into our new rental property with Sunrise Property nothing has ever been an issue. We originally had Jimmy who was fantastic and now we have Carlos who is also fantastic to deal with nothing is ever an issue and things are done or looked at in a timely manner. Would highly recommend these guys!

Somebody is ripping the house apart ...I'm the tenant trying to get hold of sunrise to see if that's ok because I haven't heard anything about it but no answer....I hope the owner knows?
