I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Howick Radiology, specifically from the front desk staff member named S. From the moment I walked in, I experienced an appalling level of arrogance and unprofessionalism from her. Firstly, her demeanor was condescending and outright rude. She spoke to me with a tone that made me feel as if I was a burden to her. Additionally, I experienced blatant racial discrimination from her, which is absolutely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a healthcare facility where patients should feel welcomed and respected. Secondly, Shelley's negligence and incompetence led to a delay in my treatment. Her failure to process my paperwork correctly resulted in a miscommunication between the facility and my healthcare provider. This, in turn, caused a significant setback in my diagnosis and overall health. It is disheartening to see that such unprofessional behavior is tolerated at a reputable establishment like Howick Radiology. I would strongly advise potential patients to be cautious when seeking services from this facility, as you may be subjected to rude treatment and potential delays in your care due to the incompetence of certain staff members.

We met the worst ultrasound tech ever. She was incapable to recognise the baby's body parts correctly. They do not have a doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat. Tech was super hurry and did not explain anything. Such a poor and unprofessional service. IF YOU ARE PRESIDENT DO Not GO TO THIS PLACE. they do not deserve even a rating 1.

I found the sonographers really friendly and knowledgeable. The online booking system makes it so much easier to book too

We had booked our 12 weeks ultra sound scan a few weeks ago for last midday last Friday . And then we received call on Friday morning to let us know " our technician called sick , and we don't have any availability within your 12 weeks scan period anymore" , i was shocked how could we supposed to do ? We understand everyone has a circumstance , but should your organisation to prepared and organise a replacement if things happen?Just wondering , if we call a 111 , "sorry , our police or ambulance driver called sick and you need to sort it yourself" ?! That's wrong !

UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANISED! I had a mammogram appointment last November and everything went well. When it came to discussion of results with my GP, my GP said the results were never forwarded to her and upon calling the clinic, they said they had no record of my mammogram at all. I had taken leave off work just to go to that appointment and gone through the process of it all, just for it to count for nothing. Now I have to reschedule and do the whole thing again just because of the poor organisation of this clinic. I do not want to risk having another unprofessional experience and would rather go to Mercy Botany instead. The worst part is that the clinic did not take any accountability for losing my results and were of no help whatsoever. Very disappointing.
