Needed a 007 Agent. At the end of 2022 my partner and I made the bold move of purchasing a property without selling first...I know right bear market what on earth could go wrong?! I can picture all you O.G investors out there rolling your eyes. With only one month from settlement date on our purchase property, no strong offers on the table, we decided that our current agent was missing something....balls. To quote James Bond and Darwin "Well you know what they say about the fittest?" Thats where Simon came in with a bit of 007 "Shaken not stirred" attitude. After literally two weekends worth of open homes Simon from Ray White Howick found us a buyer willing to settle ASAP. Basically, we wish we hired Simon from day one. Thanks very much Agent Simon!
