        The ear nurse is very professional and helped with my symptoms and cleared my ears. I would definitely recommend the ear clinic to my friends. Thank you

        The staff there are great. They have great customer service and the ear nurse did a great job with my son. She was able to calm him done, make the ear suction experience fun for him. No he is not afraid to have his ear clean and look forward to it.

        our appointment was at 11:00 am. were were told to come to the medical centre no clear instructions that it was a seperate building across the street. this resulted in our arrival at 11:05 instead. upon arrival we were told the appointment had to be cancelled because we were late. it is as if their time is more valuable than ours !. They make patients wait for 30 minutes but they do not want to wait 5 mins for patients. Extremely unprofessional, money hungry policy. absolute disgust and disgrace to the medical profession
