Unichem Pharmacy

Dont waste your time going to this pharmacy. I have repeatedly tried to get an AiA Vitality health check here and they always say come back tomorrow. I have rang ahead and they wont let you book a time. Always come back tomorrow but in their case tomorrow never comes. I had the exact same issue at this pharmacy last year also. The staff are blatantly lazy and just cant be bothered to do their job. They need to realise that they arent the only people who are busy and that some customers have to sacrifice time off of work to even get to the pharmacy during opening hours just to be turned away when they arrive.

Called yesterday morning for flu vaccine and spoke to a staff Ellie couldn't get her name...was told open till 10 P.M...and if one person comes around 8 no problem as I told her about my job hours...drove from Glen Eden to the pharmacy...was told by a young guy that appointment needed after 5 P.M and also flu Vaccines we are out of stock..seriously out of stock.. ... miscommunication between staff...very pathetic

The staff are just so lovely. By now they recognise me, and pretty much get my script ready when I walk through the door. There are two ladies, and one gentleman, and they are all very nice and friendly, especially the gentleman, who is always ready to crack a joke. I really feel cared for, and treated as a priority when I go there. I mainly use the prescription counter, but I do look through their mark down bins. You can find some awesome deals. They also have lovely gift set and other gift items like the most amazing soaps. It's a decent sized pharmacy and it has everything that you would need
