We had to wait 4 days for an incomplete building report. The inspector was arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional when my wife called him. He didn't want to check the roof as offered on the website. Also, he didnt spotted a significant leaking issue on the mean bedroom as other inspectors did. I have tried to contact the company and I haven't received any answer. Don't waste your time, money and energy. Try any other company.

Unprofessional report provided as a word document. Inspector was arrogant, patronising and un collaborative. My partner and I both work in construction and inspector was dismissive of anything we said as it seemed he was trying to hide his own lack of knowledge or understanding of the issues we had noted. We were deeply unhappy with the service and would never use again.
