Waited almost 2 hours just to get a license renewal. Only 2 staff on the counter serving people for membership and license matters. Even the security guard had to help people in the queue with filling in and advising what form they needed. This is appaling and should have more staff on for a saturday morning

Wasted my time there!! they made me come 3 times but gave me wrong info to get my license. One of the staff said i dont have the right/valid document but when i visited the other AA branches it was smooth and the team were friendly.

From the first moment we got through the door to the moment we left a bad experience. I will go to a different AA centre where they have better customer service than at Westgate. And you can save your energy with your standard "we are sorry about your recent experience" response. Firstly, You need to fix the core problem which is customer service. Send your staff to courses if needed but at this point it is lacking any customer service knowledge. Secondly, your staff need to communicate clearly with each other and the customer what forms and supporting documents are needed to apply, for whatever the customer wants or needs to apply for. Again this can be fixed with appropriate training. Your centre does not need more staff, it needs staff that can do a good job efficiently and with a super high level of friendliness and a certain amount of empathy for the elderly who may need assistance with things. You are lacking in all these situations and it is embarrassing!!!!
