Very relaxing experience working out the different Merlin options with Bruce . Settled on a bespoke package with a high end , quality component mix that suited us , including having the garage door factory insulated . Bruce even made a special trip , to drop off wood for the garage support , so we could pre paint ready for the install . On the install day , Bruce and Brendan beautifully finished the work and took away the old rusted door as well . 5 star work and experience. Recommended.

Just had old cables replaced. Good price and excellent job. Will highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Based on one phone conversation, with a person called Bruce, I will not use this this company or ever refer them to anyone else. I did not know how serious my door issue was so explained I was hoping to get someone out on the same day. When I told Bruce I had contacted another company who could not come out on the same day he said "So you are one of those, see ya!" and hung up the phone. It would appear that, according to Bruce, a customer is not allowed to choose who they want to use. Not worthy of one star even but the system makes me give one.

Pleased to highly recommend Bruce's services. Gave a price we were happy with, had the parts in stock, was able to help within a couple of working days, communicated really well, turned up when he said he would, and installed the unit like he'd done it a thousand times before (which I think he probably has). Straight-forward and great to deal with also. That's not always the case, and I'm pleased to credit those who do the essentials very well indeed.
