F45 Training Massey

I joined F45 Massey back in May 2019, and to say this place has literally changed my life is an understatement! Not only has it always provided me a safe place to learn about exercise, training and creating new healthy habits, but it has always provided me with a home away from home. The members and trainers are like family, and always have been - even when people come and go, the strong sense of community always stays - this place creates friendships that will last a lifetime and I couldn't recommend it more! :) If you are on the fence about it, jump onto a 7 day trial, that's what I did almost 4 years ago, and I haven't looked back! As cheesy as it is - they say "Team Training, Life Changing" and this could not be any more of an accurate representation of F45 Massey!

Really awesome environment to train. The trainers are friendly and bring loads of positive energy! They are also awesome with injury rehab and let you go and learn at your own pace.

I joined F45 Massey mid 2022 and Im so glad I did! Ive never felt so comfortable in a gym before and I have so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining.

Ohh my my!! This is truly the best decision i made . Joined in January 2020 and have loved each and every minute of the class..the coaches are so enthusiastic, they make you feel welcomed all the time and encourage you to do your best. They tell us the minute details of the exercise. The best part is they tell us what exercises has to be performed, you just need determination and consistency. Thanks F45 Massey team

Ive been a member at F45 since February 2021, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and make the workouts challenging yet fun. What sets F45 apart from other gyms is their innovative, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. Each workout is different and incorporates a mix of strength training and cardio, keeping my body guessing and my mind engaged. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The class are a good size, allowing for personalized attention from the trainers and a supportive, community atmosphere among members. I highly recommend F45 gym to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. The workouts are intense, but the results are worth it.
