Bought Dimond earrings and necklace for my wife, celebrating 43 wonderful years of marriage. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were sincere, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. It was a pleasure to hand over the money. I will be back. Cheers and best wishes, Duncan McNab.

Angela was kind had helpful. It was a wonderful shopping experience. I was in a bit of a hurry so Angela put the ring I wanted on hold for me. When I came back she was still just as wonderful and help full. I cant wait for my ring to be sized and I would 100% shop at the North west shop again! thank you!

My wife and I had such a great experience at the store . Angela guided us in selecting the ring and earrings my partner was after and we did not feel pressured to purchase something unlike prior awful experiences we have had with other jewellery stores.

Fantastic service from Eve and team at Walker and Hall Northwest. Well worth dropping in for a chat and to see what rings are on offer. We always enjoy this store and recommend it to others if you are looking for that special jewellery item. They also have an amazing ring repair service where you can put in old and loved items for repair and get them back looking really stunning .
