Only give advice that makes their job easier.
Absolutely minimal communication and when they do actually get forced into corresponding with you its lies.
October 2018 - "We will review your file and get back to you", now its Dec 2019 and still no review or response.
Next stage I guess will be Lawyers Complaints Service.
I only gave 1 star as I couldn't give less.
