        Fixed, overpriced services. I took my car in for an oil and filter change and 25 point service. They increased the price an extra $100 just because I have a hybrid. I was charged the full amount for 4.5L of oil even though they only used 3.5L of oil. Also, I was not given any notes for each check completed on my car. I mentioned this to them but they said the prices are set so they aren't able to change it depending on what's used. Also, they said they only write down if there is a problem with the vehicle but do not give a detailed report on each check completed during a service. Overall, disappointed in this experience and will not be going back. Services: Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic
