Choosing ExperienceKart for our three week trip to New Zealand was the best decision that could have been made. The places we toured and the things we experienced were varied, from learning about Mori culture to taking a mud bath in the geothermal area. Everything we visited was planned by ExperienceKart and our days were full of activities including enjoying art galleries, boating, visiting a wild bird colony of gannets on the cliffs, Hobbiton, sheep shearing, a behind the scenes Aquarium visit, wine tasting, chocolate tasting, beautiful scenery, and views from mountain tops. Our guide and driver, Karthik, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a great driver, and a true gentleman, eager to share his beautiful country with us. I highly recommend Karthik and ExperienceKart to anyone wanting to visit fascinating New Zealand.

I used Karthik for airport transfers for my team and the service he provides is top notch! Communication was easy, he was on time, he helped with bags, avoided a significant traffic delay, and gave us lots of interesting New Zealand facts along the way. Recommend his services 100%!

Karthik was an excellent guide and absolutely made our day. He was welcoming, accommodating and very knowledgeable of Auckland, Rotorua and surrounding areas. His van was clean and comfortable, plus our hotel pick-up was super convenient. I'd definitely book again through Experience Kart and recommend them to anyone visiting NZ!

I was traveling to New Zealand as a solo traveler so I was unable to book with many of the tour companies because of the 2 person min requirement and also the timing of my trip did not fit within many of their preplanned schedules. Karthik was able to tailor an itinerary that fit my schedule actually allowing me to see more than I would had I tried to book through other travel agencies in the short amount of time I was in New Zealand. The booking process was very easy I was able to provide them with the things I wanted to see and they were able to build a schedule to fit my needs. After finalizing my itinerary I received a detailed copy along with follow up emails to make sure everything was setup and ready to go. The vehicle we traveled in was a Toyota Land Cruiser that was very nice and clean and Karthik was a great driver, he also provided a very nice welcome bag full of snacks and goodies for the trip. During my trip he was a great traveling companion giving he history and facts about the areas we were traveling through and answering all my questions about New Zealand. During my travels when we had a few minutes to spare Karthik took the time to show me other places along the route that held historic and/or scenic significance because he knew I was up for learning new things and seeing all the things I could see in my short time their. I really appreciate the time and effort that Karthik put into providing me with a great experience during my time in New Zealand. I hope I am able to return soon and will definitely be booking more trips with Experience Kart.
