I am also a nail technician. They do not care about your nails and especially your satisfaction. They should know that if you use a light gel colour on the nail, you need to put an extra coat to get the best colour pay off. I told her to put three. She did three on the right hand, when I told the left hand only has two coats, she insisted its already three. Well the picture speaks for itself. You can very much tell that the right hand has better colour pay off. Oh and also before this set, I went to them for dipping powder, guess what? Three nails cracked just after 3 days of getting them

Went to use their services. Very rude and arrogant lady. She does not even deserve one star. If I would have option of giving zero star I should have given that.
