        Had the best experience today. Went in around 11.30 and told the lady I was nervous and tend to faint with blood tests and had a bad experience last time in Howick. She was SUPER friendly and funny, made me very comfortable and another bonus, very gentle I didnt even get dizzy this time. Thank you so much.
