        Absolutely useless! Never contact you back unless you stop paying!! Only way I can get them to contact me then they put a default on my account and won't get it removed despite having paid it off in full!!! Why haven't they? BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Just sit around with their thumbs up their a$s!! Wish I could give a minus star!!

        I delt with RACHEL NAICKAR And what a friendly easy prompt experience. I felt like Rachel did more then she had too, showing passion for her people and didn't once make me feel like I was asking for something.she took everything into consideration to better my situation not just now but in the future to thank you RACHEL NAICKAR and MATAIA FAATELE I plan to stick with you through in through out because of how you made my financial rut not a rut anymore because of your help I can now get my girl to school safely and owning my own home one day doesn't seam like a dead dream any more thanks a million guys!!!!
