They deserve zero or negative ratings. One time they gave the wrong prescription means 500 mg instead of 1000 which I realised after two days as I realised colour and size is different and when contacted reported it and the admitted the mistake and I let them go second time I reminded to pick up my repeat prescription they said nothing is due after follow up I showed them and they were ok. Then again in the next prescription I followed them for repeat prescription I got the same answer nothing is due after that changed the pharmacy as they are very unprofessional Gud luck to them because of unprofessional staff

We called to ask if they supply the free covid test kits but were told we are supposed to call the covid line as the pharmacies dont offer them. However, Urvl Patrikh was kind enough to go out of his way and offer to drop off free kits at our house free of charge after his shift. Very kind act while we are stuck home with covid. Thanks urvl we hope to cross paths with more professionals like you.

This is a great Unichem pharmacy. Great customer service from staff. A lovely lady by the name of viranda served me when I went to collect my daughters medications, she was very friendly and service was quick. They have really cool stuff like kids toys , gift pampers and perfumes, great for gift ideas. Great location with lots of parking.

Explained myself twice over the phone - (my dilemma) only to repeat myself a 3rd time. Please when dealing with the public (your customers) predominantly English speaking at least have a grasp of the accent or basic English please .....
