        The stars are for the young gentleman we dealt with. The older man at the desk however, extremely arrogant and rude. I was very disappointed by his attitude. My grandfather who was eating his pie, who was my driver, had took barely two steps inside the reception area when the old grump told him to get out. I would never talk so rudely to an elderly person. I felt really sorry for my grandfather. He was doing me a favour. If it wasnt for the younger gentleman and his great service I wouldve given this place 0 stars . Dont work Im customer service if you cant be polite at the very least to customers paying for your service. Wont be returning.
