This is the best gym I've ever had the pleasure of joining the staff are awesome people PTz are friendly and always happy to give abit of free advice the equipment is really awesome and don't squeak lol and plenty to use, tidy and clean utilities but not much parking BECAUSE ITS A PUMPING GYM and lastly haven't seen one perve lol and women can freely workout.truly thanks NYF keep it pumping jah love

I have been a member of this gym and I left due to location. Looked around at other gyms and can honestly say that this gym is one of the best...why... Location - great walks to go on for cardio before your work out Machines - Great machines that are fixed fast. Clean - Very clean Staff - Very friendly and they remember your name - you are not a number you are a member. PT's - Ask for Matt - He knows his stuff and I learnt alot through training with him - he takes pride is his clients and knows how to push you. I write this review through experience and looking forward to training back there soon - Try it you won't regret it
