        Morning trainer Finn was amazing and super helpful when I was looking for a gym. However i ended up going to a different gym purely due to location but was really impressed by the service provided at F45 takanini

        Great atmosphere! Not intimidating or scary but FUN! Coaches are super friendly and helpful when it comes to teaching you certain techniques or just motivating and guidance in general.

        Coming from someone who has visited a couple of F45 studios, Takanini really has something special going on!! Great use & flow of space, clean with young, bold knowledgeable trainers. I would definitely recommend Takanini F45 F45
