Befooling customers and over charging them by showing some other menu card and charging according to another menu card. - In reply to your comments - 1. If i share 1 curry or even half with a family of 3 or 6 if not your problem. Infact we always order 1 curry which is more than enough for us, my kid doesnt eat much. May be a bite or 2. So, 1 full curry for 2 is more than enough. 2. Its not about $2 extra, its about doing business fairly. You told me about revised prices of tandoori roti from $3 to $6 each due to wheat flour shortage and i agreed. But showing a customer a different menu and charging some other price and more over showing attitute that the price you charged was 3 years old is not justified. Other people reviewing your restaurant about you [front staff customer service skills] are 100% correct. You really dont have manners and skills about how to treat customers. 3. Yours is not the only Indian restaurant in Auckland. Ethically and justifiably, if you had charged me $ 20 extra, i would have happily paid it. Just stop befooling your customers. Instead of admitting your own staff's mistake of keeping an old menu card on the table, you are clearly arguing with me and showing your attitude.
