        No way to book an appointment. But if you are a walk-in, be ready to wait 5 to 6 hours.

        Brought a sick baby into see the doctor. Was made to wait for hours before even being seen by a nurse. Receptionists are completely unhelpful and refused to give an estimate for wait time, leaving us completely in the dark the entire time.

        Ive been at this doctors for years they were good till now they r such a big letdown from reception to see a doctor and everything else.. I had to ring in 3-5 times to book in, n when I do book in to see a doctor its not till 2-3 weeks.. no goods

        Reception staff, the front face of the clinic, are absolutely awful. They need serious training in how to treat people with respect and kindness. I changed my clinic purely because of how rude the reception staff are.
