        Passport pictures service is not available for almost 6 months too much inconvenience

        Waited for 20 minutes in the line only to find out the camera for taking passport size photos doesnt work. No apologiees either. When Indias you should have put a sign out to tell cannot do passport photos so that our time isnt waisted. She reacted like she couldnt care any less. Indian lady

        I came in just to order ONE 6x4 print. I ended up being there for 50 minutes. There were only two staff members, and a nice long line of customers. Later, one of the two staff went on break! In the end, my problem could have been solved by just emailing them the photo I want printed, but no one had suggested that to me before, and none of the info signs gave that as an option. That would have saved lots of time.
