Takanini LDV Auckland Supersite

We brought two new G10 vans from LDV Takanini, 2017 model never had a problem , 2018 model, what a pile of junk. Quality control has disappeared, leaking windscreen and electrical issues before it was 2 years old. Major rust issues before it was 3 years old. They repaired rust under warranty, and van is still not 5 years old and it is rusting in the same places as before and additional areas. It went back for inspection in May 2022, a mechanic told us the metal is like a " coke can". I have had to chase them since. Now been told they are not willing to do anything about it. This van is substandard, not suitable for use, and will be a worthless pile of rusted metal within the next few years. I have given you enough time to come to the party, to do right by your customers and rectify the obvious problems with your own vehicle, I have contacted Fair Go.

Fast service and response from the team at LDV Takanini. Our second time purchasing a vehicle here and both times have been absolutely amazing. We look forward to purchasing more vehicles in the future. Thanks heaps Felipe, John and the team.
