The receptionist was extremely rude. We had previously dropped off cardboard without issue, but this time she stated that our cardboard was not folded properly and that she threw it into our trunk after we had thrown it into the recycling bin. We asked how she wanted it done, and she didn't bother to explain, instead telling us to go home. We had flattened all of the cardboard and have no idea why she is acting this way. Service: Waste recycling
