        Staff extremely poorly organized & not helpful at all. This office is most certainly NOT RECOMMENDED to visit. I hope Westpac management would do something to sort this out because there are TOO MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. Thanks.

        Slooooow. Staff always under training. Lot of people on the floor (including manager) but teaching teller how to do stuff. Could have utilized office as half of the people waiting wanted some kind of letter.
