        If I could give a zero I would. This branch needs more staff. Every time I come in, to pay bills for my elderly disabled father, I wait for ages... today was 45 minutes in total only to be told that I couldn't do the transaction I qued up for. The man before me had a similar experience. Customer service is zero at this branch, I'll be going back to Botany from today onwards. Or getting my father to change banks all together.

        Bank that never has change. Don't listen to ASB marketing when they say they are small business experts, how can you run a shop with no change? After 3 years I'm moving to a different bank. Good riddance.
