        Had to collect 3 basins I had pre ordered, the weather bomb had hit and I needed them urgently so the plumber could do an inside job. They made sure that even though they werent open to the public that day due to the weather issues they organised a time with me so I could go and get them - fantastic service! The Parnell basins are also awesome and so much cheaper than I could get anywhere else and great quality. Would definitely shop here again

        Ordered item that was in-stock online. Two week later they contacted me to say it was out of stock. ( Said they had phoned me , untrue as I never received calls from them ) Took 3 emails and over 1 week to get a refund. I don't recommend.
