        The delivery of orders really needs improvement. You can phone and agree a day, or put special instructions in the delivery notes section online - all of which will be *completely ignored* and there will be no delivery notification until minutes before the truck arrives on the day and time of *their* choosing.

        I placed orders and paid online on October 13th, but did not inform the pickup time until now, they did not reply to emails or answer phone calls ! This is a very unreliable company!
