Charlie and George

Poor customer services, very slow service, staff unorganised, they are not answering the phone for takeaway food and if they do stuff are not helpful and very inpatient with the order and one of them even hang up the phone on me while I was saying what I wanted to order for takeaway. Takeaways not taken seriously here, what they should understand is that people don't want to waste their time sitting and waiting for food to be served more than hour. Also they close kitchen before closing hours which doesn't make sense they refused to take order at 3 pm on Sunday even if they close at 3:30 one order they couldn't make unbelievable obviously they don't care if they earn little bit more budget for the owner.
