Skinfood messed up an order, sent me a pair of exfoliating gloves instead of two tubes of exfoliating face scrub. Sent a photo of the parcel contents along with an email asking them to please rectify my order and after three emails and a voice message I still havent heard back from them a week later! I wont be buying from them again!!

Have just purchased the Hyaluronic moisturizing cream for the first time and its absolutely terrible! The cream itself is a pale brown color, it smells awful and is super thick to apply. Therefore it is not moisturizing at all. Made my skin feel rough after application, so washed it off my face. Would not recommend this cream, waste of money, threw the pottle in the rubbish.

I would have given less than that if there will be an option for that. Worst customer service I have ever had in newzealand. Or customer service doesnt exist really can say. I have placed an order online in good faith as everythings works online these days want aware it will be a nightmare to me. My order no is SF111675ON. In case if they exists can see and check. Its been more than 2 weeks I have placed no update regards my order till date. Called them no body picks it up, left voicemails many time for CB, no call back yet. Sent emails manytimes no reply to the emails not for a single one. God know wheres my order will I still get it or not. As there is no way to know it. I m flying with in a week and I need my money back if you cant deliver it. You cant cancel it by yourself as there is no option on their website to cancel it. In short you loose your money once you place your order. As their motive is to grab ppls hard earn money and then nothing in returns. Really frustrating and annoying. Ll never ever use this company again.
