Receptionist at Panmure is Very Rude and Condescending Smart Alec answers Smirks and looks at other staff for encouragement for her Rude behavior and comments. Get Rid of her she is a liability not welcoming or friendly at all. Give us a friendly face on the end of the phone not Ms Grumpy ..

This is the clinic that Ive been. And as far as on my personal experience if not the best probably among the best clinic branch is Panmure.

A very very very disappointing establishment :( My partner and I initially signed up with this clinic because of their very reasonable prices, but as with anything, that came with a cost. The waiting times are often 30+ minutes, even if you made effort & booked an appointment. The doctors themselves are very nice and friendly (we were with Dr. Gabrielle Moss), but to get anything done, you have to deal with the incompetent receptionists. The lab reports are late, the payment systems are often down so you have to pay in cash, they never call you back and book you in for a wrong branch/date/time/doctor. Even the phone number you see on Google transfers you to the Mangere branch instead of Panmure. The most recent experience with them was trying to transfer my records out to the new GP clinic, its been 5 months and they still havent transferred them. This place has great potential, please either hire more staff & train them, or raise your prices so you have fewer clients. Its impossible to get anything out of your practice right now

Best medical care we have received in Auckland so far. Short wait times and nurses, staff and doctors are always lovely to deal with.
