        During both my purchase and return I was served by Mike who did not say hi or greet in any way or shape and he was very cold and although he could talk he was just coldly point me to things and was barely making any eye contact, very poor customer service. Also none of the products had a price label and I had to constantly ask this very enthusiastic person for prices and he was ignoring me.

        Waited for their busy counter staffers serving their customers, not one single staffers given any notice of me waited the whole time, then, another man stood behind one of the customer, the back office staff rushed out to serve him. JUST DISGUSTING and EXTREMELY ARROGANT. I left right at that moment, went to another electrical supplier, as soon as I walked in, they were all busy too but they acknowledge me, I got a very friendly and efficient service. Never will go to J A Russell again ! A big phat ZERO star !
