        14months ago after the first lockdown I walked into BOXFIT STUDIO with Covid kilos weighing in at 61.25kg, 152cm height. The team and vibe at @boxfit was awesome and I got into a rhythm of excercising. Next lockdowns I got a gym sorted at home with the help of Veronica Lee Foley. Plus I did a couple of challenges the team had set up online. Slowly but surely knocked off 6kg and now back in a healthy bmi zone. Keen to up muscle and toning for my next goals, and the crew @boxfit are my perfect fitness goal partners.

        Ive been training at BoxFit since late 2019 and its one of the best decisions Ive made - great community environment, high fives and encouragement from fellow members after each session, great vibe and owners, Veronica and Regan Foley, are just fantastic! Makes you feel right at home while having an awesome workout. Highly recommended!
