Langimalie Health Centre - THS

The receptionists are very rude and uneducated. She doesnt know how to talk to someone. If we go 5 minutes late they said you are late and sometimes we wait for half an hour or an hour after that we see the doctor, they didnt say anything. Im really disappointed. Ill never go to this clinic anymore.

With this pandemic and cannot see the doctor, was very frustrated with the clinic not getting my prescription to the pharmacy as I needed the antibiotics asap. So freaken annoying and you try to call 15mins before the clinic closes and you get the freaken answering machine till it closes. Tried 2 more pharmacies close to me just in case they sent it there...nothing. thanks for nothing. So much for being a registered patient.for that clinic.

Onehunga Receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional ! They refuse to pass important messages to Dr, instead booking you on without letting you know ! They hang up on you ! Other call centres are good and listening to you. Nurses and Dr's at Onehunga are very good, however receptionists not professional neither Customer Service oriented and not suitable for the job.

the receptionist in panmure is super rude as well ,its the lady with a black mole ,pretend she cant understand you ,unprofessional as well .however the doctor and nurses are super nice !
