I always buy Felton when I can/need. This recent time we needed to change our shower heads to the variable flow design, after upgrading a water cylinder to mains pressure. I got the water saving valve stuck in the shower head and rang up because; 1. Wanted to get the valve out and online instructions weren't working. 2. Wanted to know why the valve reduced the water pressure when the purpose of upgrading our hot water system was to get way better pressure. Omg the technical team is amazing. Taught me about the difference in the different coloured water saving valves. Helped me understand how much water actually comes out of a shower head, water pressure differences and a lot of other stuff I had questions for. We even had a general chat about shower habits lol. I love NZ companies and will always support them while quality of products and services remains high. Thanks Felton team!

A fantastic company to deal with, after sales service is impeccable. The 5 year guarantee on our sliding shower and mixer were dealt with promptly and effectively even though installed in 2017. Laura Greenaway and Vinesh where amazing, had problems resolved on site within a few days. Which we thought was exceptional! We would have no hesitation to recommend this NZ companys quality products to anyone wanting top quality, sales and service for bathroom fittings!

We fitted Felton's taps during a renovation a few years ago. Unfortunately the taps failed recently and needed repairing. Felton responded immediately with friendly service and actually had them replaced the same day! Incredible service. Still love the taps too. Thanks!
