My sister took my elderly father shopping here today, he was feeling faint as he is a palliative care patient and needed to rest. When he sat on a chair in the store, the assistant (also elderly) with thinning long dark hair told him rather insensitivity that he was not aloud to sit there as the chair was for sale. She sarcastically told him if he needed to rest then he could go across the road and sit on the wooden seats outside The Salvation Army shop, which were wet! This shop assistant lacks compassion and needs to be trained better with her customer service. My sister had arms full of shopping but left the store to take my very upset father home to convalesce Update. Thank you for your prompt reply. I will share this with my sister and my father.
