        No prior calls before the delivery so the driver dropped off the item to the store next to ours THEN called us to let us know after. I don't understand how the driver failed to let us know even 15 mins before arriving so we could meet. The item clear says, it needs to be signed off as well.. how an earth businesses like this survive with such service.
